JOBS? Real telecommute

I write grants, do development and balance the budget with the monies we take in at a small non-profit.
I am looking to do the same online.
I write successful fundraising letters, do research and otherwise do much of the business administrative work the director should be doing. But she spends too much time doing advocacy instead (in my opinion) or advising those who do advocacy.
Where does one find a place to do this sort of thing from a distance?
Any ideas? I need a change!
