I HATE DOGS

I have wanted to say this for a long time, but the truth is I don't hate dogs, I hate people who own dogs.

Well, no, even that is not true. I love The Dog Whisperer and wish he would pay a visit to my neighborhood. Maybe train some folks how to treat their dogs!

For some reason the landlord of the rental next door, not only allows people with dogs to rent his hime, but he really seems to seek them out.

Even after the last tenant ended up with three ill behaved dogs and me "running him out", he once again rented his home to what at first glance, seemed to be a very nice quiet young couple.
The young couple and their new born child are VERY quiet, but what the hell were they thinking? They have TWO hunting dogs stuck in a cage for most of the day in the middle of a quiet neighborhood.

"I don't hear them barking, when I am home", she so innocently told me.

NO-----THE DOGS ONLY BARK when you aren't home, which is MOST of the time.

So, I guess my question is ---why do people who supposedly LOVE animals treat them so badly, as to leave them in a cage, all alone in the middle of a small town?
